Deadline online orders

Order online before the deadlines listed bellow:

               Fresh bakery: 15:00
               Frozen bakery: 15:30
               Chilled goods: 10:45
               Ambient goods: 15:00

Order schedules per product group

               Fresh bakery: order online before 15:00

               Frozen bakery: order online before 15:30

               Chilled goods: order online before 10:45

               
               Ambient goods: order online before 15:00

Change orders

You can easily adapt your orders online as long as the deadline for online ordering has not passed. Go to the “Active orders” section on the homepage, select your order and click “Update”.

When the deadline for online ordering has passed your order will not be listed in the “Active orders” section anymore. You can still consult your order via the button “My orders” an top of every page.
 

Delivery

Contact the customer service department of your production plant if you, exceptionally, want a delivery on a day that is not included in your regular delivery schedule. You can find the phone number of your customer service department in the section “Contact details and bank account numbers”.
 

Happy Gâteau

Via Happy Gâteau customers can order a personalized gâteau that will be delivered in the participating shop of their choice. Contact the customer service department by phone via 054/31.82.65 if you have any question regarding Happy Gâteau.
